  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 7:00am – 2:00pm PST. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing, especially during peak periods or promotions.

  • We ship using a range of carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and OnTrac. International orders are typically dispatched via DHL Express Worldwide. Tracking will be emailed once your order has shipped. 

  • To ensure successful delivery, please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Include all necessary details such as: 

- Apartment or suite numbers
- Correct abbreviations and Spelling
- Building numbers

  • In case an item(s) selected isn’t in stock, you will be notified via email, and a refund will be processed for that item(s).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • All international orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, tariffs, and other fees imposed by your local government. These charges are based on the value of your order and are determined independently by your country’s customs authority.

  • Ninonine is not responsible for these costs, and we are unable to pre-pay or estimate them on your behalf. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order, as these charges are not included in your purchase and must be covered by the recipient.

NINONINE CHANGE OF MIND RETURN POLICY

You can return your purchase for an exchange or store credit within 30 days if you change your mind, provided the following conditions are met

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • All original tags and labels must be attached

  • Items must be returned with original packaging

  • Items must be in resellable condition, free from damage, wear, or scent

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or store receipt)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or sale conditions:

  • Intimate apparel (including underwear and bodysuits)

  • Swimwear

  • Earrings

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Refunds (where applicable) can only be issued to the original payment method

  • If your order included a free gift and you’re requesting a refund, the gift must also be returned. If you're exchanging or receiving store credit, you’re welcome to keep the gift

  • A change of mind return refers to any return where the item is not faulty or incorrect, but is being returned for personal reasons such as incorrect size, unwanted style, or simply no longer wanting the item.

ONLINE RETURN

In conjunction with the Ninonine Change of Mind Return Policy, the following terms apply to online purchases:

  • Refunds can only be processed via our online returns portal - HERE

  • A $6.95 handling fee is automatically deducted from your refund or store credit when you submit a return via our returns portal.
    If you are requesting an exchange, you will be required to pay the shipping fee during the return submission process.

  • Return shipping labels are available exclusively for US customers. If you're returning an item from outside the US, please purchase a return shipping label from your local post office.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Items must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging, and placed inside a protective satchel or outer box

  • Exchange stock is not held, so we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and requesting a refund for the returned item

  • If your requested exchange is out of stock when the return is received, store credit will be automatically issued for the item

  • A change of mind return refers to any return where the item is not faulty or incorrect, but is being returned for personal reasons such as incorrect size, unwanted style, or simply no longer wanting the item.

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the return policy conditions outlined above.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you believe you’ve received a faulty item or an item that doesn’t match your order, please do not submit a standard change-of-mind return.

Instead, contact our Customer Experience team HERE within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and the fault or error

  • A brief description of the issue

Once we’ve reviewed the information, we’ll get back to you with the next steps. If the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, you’ll be provided with a free return label, and you may be eligible for one of the following resolutions:

  • Full refund

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL STOCK

FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE

If you received a free promotional gift with your order and you're returning your items for a refund, the gift must also be returned.
If you're requesting an exchange or store credit, you’re welcome to keep the free gift.

RETURNING ITEMS FROM A BUNDLE

If your order included a bundle and you only wish to return part of it, that’s totally fine, you only need to send back the item(s) you no longer want.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We can only offer a size exchange for the same item or

  • A store credit for the amount paid for the individual item.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. The refund to the store credit is immediate.

  • If you are a VIP customer, the refund is executed immediately after the return request is reviewed and approved.
