All items in our store may take 1-2 business days to process. Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect shipments, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

IMPORTANT:

• We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at support@ninonine.shop as soon as possible.
• We cannot ship an order to multiple addresses.
• We cannot ship to military zones.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been in production. If you need to update it, please reach us within 06 hours of placing your order via the email address support@ninonine.shop or chat with us.

Return & Refund Policy

Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept general returns. However, if your order arrives with defects, damage, or incorrect customization, we are committed to making it right.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Include a clear photo of the issue, and we will work swiftly to resolve it.

• Refunds & Replacements: Once we verify the issue, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

• No Returns for Customer Errors: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for errors caused by incorrect size selection, address mistakes, or other customer-related issues.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

• Once production starts, cancellations are no longer possible.
