Return Window:

  • You can request a return within 30 days from the date you received your order.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Items such as undergarments, swimwear, cosmetics, and customized/personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at support@ninonine.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or replacement.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
